City Day Trips: Córdoba and Beyond

Córdoba is the standout city day trip from Granada and the only one comfortably done by train. Renfe runs direct services with journey times typically between about 1h30 and 1h50, making it genuinely easy to spend a full day at the Mezquita-Catedral, the Jewish quarter, and the flower-filled patios before returning for dinner in Granada. Other Andalusian cities like Seville and Málaga are also reachable but require more time.
